1 pounds Brussel sprouts , trimmed and halved
12 oz sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-in pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat air fryer, if needed, to 375°F. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and olive oil until well coated. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, garlic powder, and pepper; toss well to coat.
Coat air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Spoon vegetable mixture into basket. Air-fry at 375°F until tender, 15 to 18 minutes, pausing and shaking basket after 8 minutes.
